Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Items will be delivered within 10 days of placing your order. As all orders are made-to-order please allow time to manufacture and deliver. Items are sent first class recorded by Royal Mail and require a signature on arrival. Royal Mail state delivery within 1-2 working days. If It Fits cannot be held responsible for any errors once orders are no longer in our possession. 

Any external delays that we are aware of will be communicated to customers via email. 

Returns 

As all orders are custom made we cannot offer refunds unless your item is faulty when you receive it or not as described. We do offer exchanges if you require a different size however you must ensure you return your items in their original condition within 28 days of receipt. If It Fits is unable to reimburse the return parcel, this is at the cost of the customer.
